My names Stacey, I’m a 20 year old aged care nurse, starting my Registered Nursing degree next year.
On Australia Day 2014, I will be beginning a 9 day trek along the Kokoda trail to raise money for ‘The Kids Cancer Project’, a charity that aims to end childhood cancer.
The ANZACS, including my Grandparents, were willing to give their lives on this grueling trail to give the children of Australia a free and happy childhood.
It breaks my heart that the statistics show 3 children a week die from cancer in Australia alone. As I have been blessed with a healthy body, I have decided to spend my savings to “trek for a cure” and raise as much money as possible to help change this statistic.
Please dig deep and join the fight against childhood cancer!!
Thanks for your support!!
